To proceed with any part order purchase from Quantum Cooling a formal purchase order is required to have your order processed. Payment terms are outlined specific to each customer and payment of invoices are subject to corresponding account payment terms. Customers that do not have established terms or ACH payment agreements with Quantum Cooling, LLC and seek to pay by credit card will be subjected to a 2.99% transaction fee surcharge on all orders. Cash, debit card, or money order payments are not accepted.

Ground shipping is included on all orders that do not require freight shipping. For orders shipping via freight, customer will be billed at time of shipment. Expedited shipping requests - i.e., next day air, three day select, etc. - will assess an additional cost onto the final invoice from Quantum Cooling, LLC. Orders covered as warranty replacements will be charged for shipping and customer hereby guarantees payment of shipping fees incurred on behalf of the warranty replacement.

All orders are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges.
